WVC boys coaches release all-star selections

2018 postseason: Did not qualify for District 2 playoffs.

Season outlook: Opponents won’t want to lose track of senior forward Adam Eckhart (19G), a returning WVC first-teamer who’s led Nanticoke Area in scoring the past two seasons. He’s one of eight 12th-graders on a 24-player roster, numbers that give the Trojans the experience and depth they need while playing up in Division 1. Olzinski said he thinks the first taste of that competition level has prepared his team for this fall, and he’s looking for continued improvement. Senior goalie Isaiah Johnson gives the Trojans a veteran presence on defense, while junior Joe Day, sophomore Matthew Gomelko and freshman Khalil Khan will be players to watch around the midfield.
