Registration (English)

Dear Parents/Guardians, 
Registration is now online. After you finish registering with our online system, it will inform you that you must complete an in person meeting with our Registrar, Donna Meck.

This meeting is mandatory and you are required to bring all required documents for verification.

Required Documents:

1. Birth Certificate

2. Immunization Records

3. Photo Identification - Parent/Guardian

4. Two (2) Proofs of Residency for the Parent/Guardian
The following are some examples of Proofs of Residency:

  • A Current Deed, A Lease with Date and Address with who is residing at this address and it must be signed, A Sale Agreement, or A Public Housing Rent Receipt.
  • PA Department of Transportation Vehicle Registration
  • Property Tax Bill
  • Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Sewage, Electric, or Home Telephone (No Cell Phone)
  • Home Owner/Rental Insurance
  • If you are living with someone, you will need to fill out a Residency Affidavit with the landlord/property manager. Also, it must be signed by all parties and notarized.

5. Legal Documents:
The following are some examples of Legal Documents:

  • Custody Papers
  • Foster Care Papers
  • Other Judicial Documents

6. Copy of last Report Card (If coming from out of state)

School Districts have No Obligation to Enroll a Child until the Parent/Guardian, or Other Person having control or charge of the Student making the application, has supplied proof of the above documentation as required by state law.
