Outlook: Nanticoke picked up three more wins last season despite starting an entirely new lineup. That year of experience should translate into a better season for the Trojans.

How much better depends how the bench matures. Bartuska likes his top-seven players, but after that it’s a crapshoot as to who will contribute. “We’re looking at some guys,” Bartuska said, “but they don’t have a lot of experience.”

Bieski, Niewinski and Fetterman form a solid backcourt. Size inside is an issue and will be all season since there isn’t a player on the roster taller than 6-3. So the Trojans will have to overcome some mismatches most of the time. Also, staying healthy will be a necessity since there is no guarantee that some reserves will develop quicker than expected.
